Sometimes music goes on its own journey.

When I first wrote Alibis I always intended for it to be vulnerable and naked, and the live version very much captures this. You can hear the sound of my fingertips on the piano keys, the sound of the room - a live performance. Alibis was a time in my life I wanted to capture as is, like a photograph, pure and in the moment.

At the request for a studio version I have kept the original vulnerable feel but the whole track is cleaner.
